Allow me to introduce myself
Continued...

I struggled to find professional assistance to help me find out what was causing the pain. I was referred to several physiotherapists, most of whom had no idea how to help me. With much sadness and frustration some of their suggestions actually made the problem worse. After months of my own research, I found a postpartum corrective exercise specialist, who coached me through some spine mobility movement which is what started my healing journey towards an active lifestyle again. To my surprise I had finally found something that worked for me, I could get out of bed, and I felt stronger.
Whilst still on the road to my own full recovery, I made it my mission and became passionate about empowering women to discover what their body is capable of through wellness and movement. I can now say I am helping women through a postpartum and corrective rehabilitation-focused workouts.
