Allow me to introduce myself

Continued...

I struggled to find professional assistance to help me find out what was causing the pain. I was referred to several physiotherapists, most of whom had no idea how to help me. With much sadness and frustration some of their suggestions actually made the problem worse. After months of my own research, I found a postpartum corrective exercise specialist, who coached me through some spine mobility movement which is what started my healing journey towards an active lifestyle again. To my surprise I had finally found something that worked for me, I could get out of bed, and I felt stronger.

PERSONAL TRAINING

“Sarah did a core body assessment for me to identify the areas I need to work on and improve. We found that I had diastasis recti, which was making my ribs flare out. She then created a bespoke training programme for my specific needs, including meditation videos to help with my anxiety and aid my recovery. She supported me throughout our 6-week sessions, answered my questions, encouraged and empowered me to achieve getting back to running.  After every session, I got follow up videos for homework. Sarah is also very knowledgeable about postpartum injuries. She is such a positive personality. I have really enjoyed working with her.” – Jenny
