"I was uncomfortable all the time, and sometimes in quite a lot of pain. After my session with Sarah, immediately I felt relief the pain would completely go. I also feel that I have a much better understanding of my body, thanks to her clear explanations. I feel more attuned to my body, rather than just living in my head! I also found the massages very relaxing and enjoyable. I would sometimes start feeling very stressed and preoccupied and then when we were done I felt much better able to cope with everything."
