Cancellation Policy
I understand that all private session rates are based on minutes booked for the session and should I arrive late, there is no guarantee I will receive the full session with WholeWoman. In return, if WholeWoman is late for a session, I will still receive the full session time. I understand that Wholewoman operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all personal sessions and thus, requires that I provide 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. No charge will be levied should I cancel with MORE than 24 hours notice given. Sessions not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full.
In emergencies, we understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made on a case-to-case basis or sudden illnesses. Please notify us as soon as possible in such situations.
Rescheduling The Client may reschedule an appointment within the same week subject to availability without penalties, provided 24 hours’ notice is given.
Payment for block bookings is made in advance. Refunds for missed sessions due to late cancellation, or to non-shows will not be provided. Block bookings not used within 3 months of the purchase date will be lost.
