Included in the block sessions are:
A 90-minute first session to discuss your fitness goals in detail and an initial fitness assessment to determine your weight, body composition, postural issues, strength and flexibility

A personalised training programme with accountability

Advice on exercise and activities to do between the sessions

A food diary analysis

Motivation and support between the sessions via zoom,phone, email and text
